Policy

Shipping and Handling

 ・Shipping and Handling fees are determined by product size and destination.
 ・When your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation e_mail.

Warranties

 ・All products subject to the factory's warranty. SeekAtec offers no additional warranty outside of factory
  coverage.

Return Policy

    If you need return a purchase, e_mail us for a return authorization number (RNA#) and explanation of
  reason. All RMA# should be requested within 7 days of delivery of a shipment, merchandise will be
  accepted within 21 days of purchase date, provided it is brand-new, unopened condition.
    A restocking fee up to 25% will be applied to all non-defective returns. Defective merchandise can be
  returned for replacement only. Shipping, handling and transaction fees are not refundable except if the
  return/exchange is a result of our error.
    Please note that the following items may Not be returned. Opened units, units on which seals have
  been broken and cannot be re-boxed as new or units in an unsuitable resale condition.
    All returns must have the complete Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prominently displayed on
  the shipping box. If the RMA# is not visible, your shipment maybe refused. Do not place shipping labels
  or write RMA#'s on the outside of the manufacture's boxes, as products must be in a resalable condition
  for you to receive credit.

    SeekAtec reserves the right to require the purchaser to return the defective goods directly to the
  manufacture for replacement.

Damaged Order

    If you receive a damaged order, please refuse the package or notify the shipping courier immediately
  to start a damage clam.. Also please email us to notify of the damage and any confirmation number that
  the shipment you with. Once we receive your notice and confirmation with the courier we will promptly
  ship a replacement.
